2. If segments of intersection are very short and vehicles are "not allowed to enter blocked junction" (vanilla behavior, can be enabled with TMPE junction restriction tool) vehicles will always stop since there is not enough space at next segment to go through the intersection.
3. Check if you didn't enable "vehicles follow priority rules at junction with traffic lights" - it will also block vehicles from going through intersection if they don't have priority (right hand rule)
4. Make sure that Timed traffic light setup is complete (has all steps it should) and it is not paused
5. If you enabled Turn-on-red feature at intersection with traffic lights, vehicles doing right turn still have to stop when signal is red, even if there are no other vehicles on their way.
Thanks for the reply, I found a reddit thread that basically says the same thing, probably from you or a developer. I have been messing around with it and after a few reloads things seem to be back to normal. As far as the traffic light sync thing, I guess I have been extremely lucky with the lights I use because they seem to show the correct state like 80% of the time, didn't know it was a sure thing. Thanks for the reply and creating this must have mod, happy new year.
