is there option to improve the traffic ai? I did everything i could with tips from yt and stuff, and yet they still use 1 lane ):

You can enable AdvancedAI and move slider to the middle.
Most of the time it's the problem that vehicles want to go somewhere and there is only one way to get there - e.g only one lane allows turn somewhere and they all must use it.
