After the update, a prompt box will pop up every time you enter the game. I don't know what's going on 报错 笔记 双语对照
Each time you enter the game, there will be a prompt:

some vehicles(plane)had broken paths due to a bug in an earlier version of the pathfinder,we've despawned them to prevent further issues.new vehicles will automatically spawn to replace them

Just close it and save the game. It won't pop up next time you load it. It's just and information that all planes has been reset to fix pathfinding issues. There will spawn again after few minutes but with correct paths.
