Traffic evacuation feature?
This feature should be added to TMPE (Requires DLC)

Traffic evacuation [Natural disasters DLC required]
Desc: Enables feature for citizens prefer to drive cars to evacuation area

+Citizens prefer to drive when evacuation
+Public transporations sets in evacutation mode
+Police setup for evacuation routes

-Traffic jams
-Slow evacuation response

First that would cause traffic jam and rendering Evacuate bus useless as Citizens now prefer car. And more car on road mean less space for evacuation. Imagine having to put out a car to drive 2m to evacuate shelter.
So basically asking for a retarded option to cause more problem that can't be fix?
