Traffic Lights by Lane
At the moment, traffic lights can be programmed either for all directions or for each direction.
Would it be possible to add a toggle for each lane?

The reason is that for a "displaced left-turn intersection", some straight-ahead traffic crosses oncoming traffic (from lane 5 to lane 2) and needs to be controlled, while most of the other straight-ahead traffic (lanes 6-8) is continuous at all times and so does not.

It's not that simple as adding toggle. I'm refactoring traffic lights code, because it needs to be completely redesigned to support both modes and other already existing features like copy-pasting segments with TM:PE settings.
I hope to finish it for v11.7. but still a lot of work has to be done. Adding support for controlling separate lanes is only little part.
I need to design UI for that to... Current solution is ugly and most players don't even know how to use it despite the UI is actually really simple and traffic light configuration options are very basic compared to real tools.
