That mod is incompatible, you should get notification about that. There is nothing I can do about it if the original author is not interested in providing compatibility improvements, obviously assuming they are possible to implement, but knowing what that mod can do I doubt these two mods could be ever be compatible since both needs to change the same vanilla code but the expected result is completely different/incompatible.

How difficult do you think it would be to create a new mod that has the same function?
