Kantai card drop rate
Is the drop rate of kantai cards lower then the others (hell I've seen more death note cards then kantai even when using the kantai series as a starter)

Kantai collection and Accel World only contain 2 colorless cards, that means they will only appear in shops.
It is still a good starting deck because of the extra gold which lets you build into any combination of series.
