Enchanted Strike will sometimes deal zero damage. My character currently has +175% effectiveness, and I just saw him deal literally zero damage. I've seen the bug happen multiple times. It might have something to do with having self damage or freeze, although I've seen it deal damage with both before. It's insanely frustrating.

Fixed for next update, thanks for the bug report!

Stunning the Guardian with Hemorrhage before forcing him into Defensive Mode will break it, making it think that it's still standing and attacking with 27 damage/Vent Steam/Whirlwind instead of its defensive mode attacks. It has thorns and does not have the "defense mode" damage counter.
