Zenith is a new 5x5 cluster with a custom map. We have all power stones & the Kraken! We have a small community with a council of players that help the admins decide on the best choices for the server! We currently have a small collection of mods!
We also have donation perks in the forms of creatures or a small build pack; we strive to keep donation packs from being Pay-2-Win while also giving back to the people that donated.

I want to keep the rules as simple as possible. Besides not being a jerk to people, griefing …
1. Open PVP on the Open seas.This means both ships are moving. If you attack someone and they surrender by (Chat, and lowering their sails as a sign of surrender) you must call off the attack.
You are permitted to make demands from them, ransom their ship back to them etc.
If they refuse, they are at your mercy. (Don’t ask for unrealistic things but maybe they will owe you etc.
If the aggressor loses they are at your complete mercy you can sink them or demand ransoms.
2. Land bases. No offline PVP No total destruction of bases or animals.
Again if they surrender they have to yield what you want to take.
Most of us like to build nice buildings, villages etc. Which is why this is “lite” pvp so people don’t have to worry about jerks destroying everything. You need to make sure someone live if at the base – via chat etc. npc’s don’t count.
If you come into a heavily defended base you are free to engage if they are there and until one side surrenders.
On bases that are built more for trade etc you can come in and demand a payment not to engage etc.
3. PVE grids are for PVE players who want to set up merchant villages etc. PVE grids are not to be used as a safe haven for you to build a base then go raid others.
If you are caught doing so then you are open to attack. Once you leave PVE grids you are open to ROE.
If you are attacked and can manage to make it back to PVE grid the aggressor is not allowed to continue attacks in that area.
(anyone if under attack and can make it the PVE area if safe until they leave area again.)
4. Low key admin. This means that we are only going to get involved in server issues & cheaters.
We are not going to replace or help with anything that happens in game or because of issues.
If you lose your ship due to a glitch like passing through grids that is considered an “act of God” Same with animals.
The only exception is if you have insurance thru Supporting the server.
