Correct Stats Idea
✔️ UberCharge charge is consumed in 33% chunks.
✔️ 33% faster UberCharge build rate.
❌ No overheal for patient.
⚪ UberCharge grants patient all 3 banner effects which are Buff Banner, Battalion's Backup, and Concheror). Those effects canalso be used for yourself when not healing patient.(
