Most likely a reskin. (if they even add it in)

I would say it would be better as a weapon, to balance out the quick-fix in some way.

I'd like new stats (because more medigun variety is always nice), but sadly I can see this being a Kritzkrieg reskin.

Reskins are just better versions of the original weapon.

I think that if it is just the medigun, it should be a reskin. If it is part of a medic set, it should be a new weapon! :D
