I spent a few days trying to find it in the base game, until I saw that it doesn't exist.
after installing this mod, i found some groups of his thugs, that didn't exist before, but none of him.
I also found a base between shem and the burnt forest, but it's just empty, when I click on it it says it's his, but there's no one there
