I will add to this as I get time.

---Weapons---
Daggers - Straight, Horned, Kriss
Swords - 3 Shorts, 3 Arming, War Cleaver, Longsword, Estoc,
Greatswords - Flamberge, Greatsword, 2 Bastards, 2 Claymores
Heavy - Great Mace, Leviathan Breaker, Morning Star, 2 Zweihander, Executioner Sword
Sabers - Short, Messer, Scimitar, Falchon, Kopesh
Maces - Ball, Ribbed, 2 Flanged
Axes - Hatchet, Hammer Axe, Battle Axe
Polearms - Bladed Spear, Long Spear, Enslaver, Halberd, Glaive, Pole Mace, Pole Hammer, Partisan, Bardiche
6 Tribal Weapons
Practice weapons of all weapon skills.

---Armor---
Black Desert Gas Mask
Skull Knight Set - Including 7 helm types, functioning as gas masks
Holy Knight Set - Greathelm, plates, mail skirt.
Plated Leather Sets - Badlands, dune, swamp, white, grey, rusty, and black camo sets
Padded undershirts
Sneaky Plated pants
Colored Clothes - Black, blue, brown, green, grey, light blue, orange, pink, purple, red, white and yellow of most available clothes with vibrant silk versions available for shirt, robes, and trousers.
Shields - Targe and tower versions in wood and metal
All clothes were given armor values.(Though mostly useless)
Ration Packs, basic and standard medical kits, and goggles now use belt slots.
Camo/colored versions of vanilla armor

And it's a new mod 😱 any chance for some pics? I love vanilla like stat weapons btw nothing op

I mentioned in the main comments I am working on them, but I do tend to be slow on that front and I am working on test builds right now. The aim is to make everything balanced within reason to each other. So far, the only thing that is OP is the Leviathan Breaker, but it is a lore friendly OP and costs the most of any weapon (Something like 42 plates, 210 with Nekos mod)

Thats cool, personally when it comes to games like this my dislike is when there are de facto superior weapons because that encourages a min-max playstyle that I find difficult to ignore. Instead of focusing on equipping everyone with a different weapon for different situations and prioritizing variety which I prefer. The only exception to this being of course a very limited number of legendary like weapons like the Leviathan Breaker you mentioned. That way it would be restricted to my main characters and that would be the tradeoff. For everything else I like there to be a specialization but a drawback in another category (weight, damage, reach, status boost etc), so I can fill the gaps with other members of my group.

They are also heavy as hell.

At really high stats, I dont really care what my weapon stats are, I just use weapons that look cool. Occasionally switch them out. And this mod adds a lot of choices.

Indeed, I forgot to mention the Leviathan Breaker is a giant chunk of iron that is probably heavier than most plate armor sets. It's design is to make a super weapon, but give it extreme drawbacks, making it less appealing early on, after you get far enough in the game, yeah, it actually does become viable for heavy weapon users and it is very damaging, almost like it was meant to hunt something big that has a lot of health :D

tribal weapons are worth WAYY too much I believe. unless i have a conflicting mod changing the price. some of their crappy wooden swords are selling for 2-3k cats when it should be closer to like 200-300 imo. especially considering it's caveman technology.

Prices are set automatically, so not worried about it as much right now.

Thank you for the mod, I started with it yesterday and was glad to see holy infantry with a more medieval approach.

I'd like to ask though, what is needed to be changed (preferably if you have a full log of it) to revert back the crossbows to vanilla settings, I'm assuming everything is changed though to be honest only saw the changes to the bolts which I don't find to my liking.

I will be disabling it for the time being as this crossbow/bolts changes are something I'd like to avoid.

Many thanks in advance for this, your mod is great! Its just this changes that I'm having an issue with. :(
