Troubleshooting and Comment Questions, known as FAQ
Outdated Versions
If you found and downloaded this mod from somewhere else, like Nexus those are no longer supported due to the recent T&C of that website; such as creating an account to download.
If you end up removing things from the workshop mod folder 1650934816 and find that it no longer works as intended, it's not my problem. The Up to Date mod should be when it was last updated, like "Mitzu 20##"
The current Mod Title in the Mod Manager is Mitzu 2023

"The hair is missing"
There was a supporting hairstyle mod that had been removed. I still have the hair meshes from it and only used one. By doing so it's not a complete mod. At a more technical level the hairstyle has also been renamed and so the game searches for a fallback, which is Bald.
The hair style is in the game and find a surgeon to get it back.
This should only be a problem with older subscribers who have without a doubt invested on having Mitzu be a part of their adventure.
The \character\ folder needs to be included in the mod folder for the hair to work.

"There is no hair for Mitzu in the character editor."
This is an issue for players that somehow got Mitzu enslaved. The hair is gone and I will get it in the character editor somehow. Talk to a surgeon to access editor to restore the hair.

"My character does not look like the picture"
At one time it did for me, but that was more than a year ago before other problems not under my control completely changed the presentation in 2019. The face should always be face 3 and the game so far has not changed any face textures. That also means that most of the problems related to character model is due to people trying to edit the character.
This may be a problem if the body can't find the .bod2 file. Considering I have it and the game recognized that it is a saved character preset, does not really make it a preset to fall back on for other players. There is no actual evidence of this happening to other people. There are other mods that use character presets made by me, and there is no mention of them looking any different as they were presented.
My solution is to include the .body file to the mod folder as “\character\bodies\export\Mitzu2.0.bod2”, and by doing so, even if it's not Mitzu as a character the folder should tie into the Kenshi directory to use the “import” character preset.

So in conclusion, don’t touch the \character\ folder.

Dialog Extension
The starting 1x1 item represents the character's identity. There is no dialog targeted to characters in the editor, only dialog targeted to item possession. I wish it was not like it but it is. There is no remedial solution to implement lost items to existing characters so there will be a different mod supplement to add those missing items for players before 2023 update.

New Game Starts
Whatever it is, it's my fault. To make sure the character dialog works, I gave them each a spot neutral squad line. If there is no lines for spotting other characters then then the game assigns them a fallback. I seem to fixed that though. To update the character lines you will need to "Import" your saved game. Though the preset are available for customization characters, their dialog is locked to what that character is. The default is Wanderer, and they will have dialog lines for wanderer for that character's life.

Weapons or bugs related to weapons do not put this character mod at fault. There are no changes in weapon statistics. Refer to the Weapon Mods you are currently using for Weapon Related Problems. Please learn about the core game and it's inventory and character equipment functions.

I am always notified by new comments, and by doing so I always check if the mod still works every time somebody posts about something wrong with it. I do delete comments not related to the state of the character mod. I only leave comments that are answers to questions and saying something like "it don't work", is not a question.
