Hydra Armor?

Can the Hydra use saddle or any implant?

I believe it uses something called 'dragon relic armor' or somethign like that

No problem!
IIRC the atlas drakes use it too
The cyclops used to but I don't think it does anymore?
And the gorgon uses the naga's implant

Any way that you know to get a stronger one than 25 armor? Other than adding it into loot drops and stuff?
