Quests that need adding and/or problems with quests
If anyone has problems with quests they should post them here.

Things I want to know about:
- Quests that can be started with the pass, despite clearly being for College members only.
- Quests that require a College membership and/or College advancement despite the quest being unrelated the the College.

If you post about the latter it would help if you could also tell me how those quests go without joining. I.E. If you need to enter Saathal for quest unrelated to the College can you use the console to give yourself the key and then try to do said quest without joining the College and tell me if it breaks anything.
This helps me know whether giving you keys to these places so you can do them without being forced into the guild is a good or bad idea.

Don't know if anyone listed this. The Forbidden Legend Quest requires the Amulet fragment from Saarthal. You can't kill Jyrik Gauldurson without Tolfdir to help, which you must do to get the fragment and you can't get him to Saarthal without joining the Mage College.
