If you got a problem with the weapon, please state it in English. And if you are trying to use this on normal servers, It won't use 15 rounds. Servers that haves this addon installed will have 15 rounds, or if you host your own local and/or dedicated server.

Its rather obvious it will not work on normal server due to 2 reasons:
* It uses a script called weapon_grenade_launcher.txt, a script that Left 4 Dead 2 is loading from its root folder/vpk file. It will only get overwritten if the server haves the same amount on clip_size, and/or if its using this addon.
* The client is loading the servers script files, not your own.

It can be servers with and/or without player/gun mods. Like Valve servers, or other random servers that you might join.
