In the old gmod, where Fin was a mod you downloaded from another source than steam. I could change the amount of thermal lift in the code, so gliders could gain altitude with it.

Now i don't seem to be able to change the lift, if i fiddle with the numbers, the tool dissapears from my in-game list.

The standard value is far too low for gliders to fly on. I'm just thinking no one want's the weak, faint, slightly annoying "turbulence" when flying a glider with "thermal cline" on. And you will BE flying a glider when having "thermal cline" on your plane.

I feel a change is needed, maybe a slider that changes the strength in the tool-menu or a constant new stronger value.

Just a friendly suggestion for improving this great mod.

How do you other people feel about that
