Agreements grey out
when you go to do a trade agreement, peace treaty and what have you, most of the other factions will grey out so you cannot propose an offer after youve selected what you would like to do, this makes the game very irritating as you can gather any money to expand and cant peace with anyone unless the AI offers it to you
