becouse you already have more bullets and scout shouldnt be able to 1 shot a 125hp class, maybe make it do 120 (point blank)

Maybe, but game already has back scatter whitch can do 135 hp in back per 1 shot with 4 bullets in clip.
guys it has two barrels like the force a nature.

Postives

+200% Higher knockback dealt

+50% Faster firing speed

+45% faster reload

On hit: Builds a boost that enhances the amounts of bullets going up to 50% more bullets

At full boost: Can reflect all projectiles(Unless stated "cannot be deflected")

Negitives

+35% More bullet spread

65% Slower Deploy speed

+15% Damage taken from melee weapons

-66% Clip size

+15% Bullet vulnerability

Boost is lost when damaged by a melee weapon of any sort

Boost is lost when explosive damage is taken

When Boost is full there is a 25% slower movement speed

yes but its from behind and you need good timing to do that but with this you can just walk to someone a 1 shot him from the front,i dont want a scout that can 2 shot a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ heavy

New idea
+does 15% more damage to enemies with plus 1/2 health
+20% firing speed
+15% reload speed
+15% more accurate
+20% more health from packs and medics when the user is below 1/2 health
-does 10% less damage to enemies with less 1/2 health
-66% clip size
-20% less health from packs and medics when the user has more than 1/2 health

i think +35% range +50% accuracy +30% pellet grouping together -25% reload speed -66% clip size -30 ammo pool and maybe +15% more ammo from pick ups and - 25% health from pick ups

i think its not that good,but maybe the +35% range can save it just remove the -25% health from health kits becouse scout has already low health

and change the 30% pellet grouping to has a fixed bullet spread
well the range and grouping would be accurate to the real counter part as an over under shotgun its more accurate than a side-side and has better grouping because the barrel is perfectly strait but it would be a longer range shotgun so if scout is not as close he should have lower hp like sniper but not a lower hp but less from pick ups so if ur not hurt much then it would not affect you as mutch if you stick to the play style
