Optimisation
Does it render everything at one time? will there be more attempts to optimise it in the future by not rendering everything inside buildings etc. my PC is powerful enough to run gmod with a lot of NPCs but this map is extremely stuttery and laggy.

No, it doesn't render everything at once. You can type mat_wireframe 1 into the console to see exactly what is being rendered at any given moment, and if everything is being rendered at once, that's something on your end, because I've made sure that wouldn't possibly happen.

Edit: There's a console command called "gmod_mcore_test 1" which allows you to utilize your CPU's additional cores (by default the game doesn't use that) to almost double your framerates, so I recommend you giving that a try.

Thanks, are you going to release the non-HDR version as a seperate addon? that would be very handy for low-spec PCs

Also, using mat_queue_mode -2 with a solid CPU will help boost FPS. Went from 55 in the town to 70 average, 60 during drops

On my game the map has FPS issues.
