Missing texture cubemaps on certain windows

I've been trying to figure out what is causing the missing texture cubemap to show up on certain windows in the map. The one in the firehouse and certain car repair garages for example. I currently have HL2/EP1/EP2/CSS/L4D1 and 2 and CSGO mounted. Could one of those be the cause?
