With only owb on, it doesn't look like boomer generals have any portraits

Got OWB, OWB Support Robots, OWB Upgrades for resource buildings and OWB SilverKnight's Expansion mod. Game crashes when i try to justify war against Scavanger team one.

Edit 1: Game crashes even when its only OWB and OWB SilverKnight's Expansion mod. If i don't justify war, the game works fine.

@Mirai, expanded+ has some bugs, but works on brokencoast, victoria, so you shouldn;t use them, i think deathclaw is seriously out of date and i doubt courier six is worthwhile. Also yakuza rising is inside expanded+. You have many mod conflicts.

Crashes when I declare war on Scavenger Team One.

Crashes when trying to reload or continue saves as New Reno.
Taking off only this mod fixes it.

with submods crashes on startup, without other submods crashes when loading saves as new vegas

Played midwestern brotherhood but game crashes when trying to load. No other major mods

It's crashing about halfway through the start up claiming 'map errors'. The Error file is significant. I've got HoI set to 1.9.3, the legacy version of OWB enabled, and OWB radio active in addition to this mod. OWB Legacy works on its own or with Radio.
