If I copy appearance to thralls then the armour is resetting after a server restart on MP or relog on SP.
I did a few tests with just IQol loaded, and it seems that if a thrall has an armour item in a slot then that equipped item over-rides the IQol transferred appearance. If the armour slot is empty, then the IQol set appearance remains as set.
