Cant find the map

No gm_oceanwaves in my map folder, I have restarted steam, gmod, and my computer. When I searched it said it didn't even have it

workshop maps don't appear in your maps folder. Type "map gm_oceanwaves" in console.

oh, I meant ingame lol. Also, I got it working. Just had to reinstall
