hi, is there a possibility that the healing visual bug will get fixed.
this is the best vestal skin in my opinion.

You mean the glow effect in the healing?
The glow effects are all in a single folder called fx, and this folder stays at a higher level/priority in the heroes folder, which means, all the palettes/skins will be sharing that fx. If the skin gets a custom fx, the skin's fx will override the original fx and then the vanilla/other skins will be the ones looking "broken".
