+On hit 5-10 seconds bleed

A good spy deterrent but deals less damage
Downsides:
-25% damage
-When equipped -20% resistance to everything except melee
-No random crictical hits
-If it hits a cloaked spy the cloaked spy doesn't take damage
+10% damage
-On hit gains bloodiness
-Bleed time and swing speed reduce as bloodiness increases
Weapon cleans when swung while underwater (but not at resupply or with ammo crates)
Thought it might be interesting to use the bloodiness as a debuff, so the weapon's effectiveness reduces the more it is relied on, but is a stong fallback when clean.

Wouldn't that make it the best sniper weapon underwater -definately- But would that make it the best sniper weapon for dealing with low health classes? +10% damage and possibly a lucky crit.

Just throwing that out there that this MIGHT AS WELL BE A RESKIN.
Of course a bit different stats, but the same principle.
on duel every taken damage from an opponents became mini-crits for you every weapon deals,for enemy only melee
and every damage taken from others only you will be deal 50% damage less)
(cooldown 20 seconds, stay after diyng)
Cons:If on duel,enemy don't died after 6-30 seconds (based on enemy class and others players near him) you will be spoked and marked for death on 4 seconds
No random crits
