Version Alpha 1.9.0 (and newer) bug reports
The next update will include some significant changes. Geeked has reworked a lot of the graphics for Tenth Street. The maps now look incredible and I am updating the logic as fast as possible.

Unfortunately this level of changes means things will break. Hopefully not much, and I'm hoping to fix most of them before updating.

Also, it is important to note, the module will now require Geeked's prop pack. (I'll properly link to it later). There are too many props to merge them into our package.

Expect to see V1.9.0 by Sunday 1/5/14

Not sure if this is going to be addressed by your update, but it seems that I am getting that black screen issue that others experience when trying to equip different armor. Does not seem to affect weapons, and does not matter where they are bought from. Happened multiple times and requires a game load to get out of it as my player for some reason cannot move, however is still able to open the stash again. Although changing back does not seem to help.

whyiswhynot - I'm still trying to make that issue happen where I can see it. Any chance you can send a video of it happening or before/after screen shots?

Updated Tenth Street Graphics. It looks amazing.

Known Issues - Tenth Street
- Weird Decker zoom behavior
- Dog pauses until you move after dropping collar
- Clipping (Fence near monorail, door to Business man building)
- Memo visible off map in restaurant (will be fixed in V1.9.1)
- Jake's room needs a door icon instead of inspect (will be fixed in V1.9.1)
- Karma is displaying properly even though the bed says otherwise. (will be fixed in V1.9.1)
- Remove some of the Enter prompts
- Fix when hired runners leave team
- Changing crypts in the cemetary can earn free karma
- Neutral's shouldn't have turn during combat (except to hide)
- Enemies not spawning as expected in office block.
- Dog Collar spawning multiple times. (will be fixed in V1.9.1)
- "All Set" should be first hiring option to prevent accidentally hiring runners. (will be fixed in V1.9.1)

I do not think a screenshot would do much, but I could send one. Are there freeware programs out there that would allow a video of this to be recorded. I don't have anything of my own. One other thing I noticed is when you talk to the Dog Spirit and leave the werehouse anytime after killing the rat shaman the dog is outside with you and starts randomly moving around.

Great job overally, very faithful; nostalgia is kicking in on overdrive. So far I've encountered three bugs. The first is probably gamebreaking if, like me, you accidentally do the story out of order.

1. You can give the talisman to the vampire before you make contact with dog and receive heal/jester mission. This makes it impossible to become a dog shaman as you will always be missing one of the three items necessary to star that questline. I've killed the vampire, but I can't go further without starting the dog spirit questlines and have no way start them. I think this is might be an artifact of how the conversation system was adapted for conversation trees. I think I received the Jester spirit keyword/conversation path early - I think you're only supposed to get it after you kill the rat shaman, but IIRC I got it when I spoke with Kitsune the first time spoke with her.

2. I had hired Kitsune, Frogtongue and Jetboy. Kitsune and Frogtonge left my employ early as normal (received a message etc.) Jetboy later he just disappeared in between maps with no message. Later I went to rehire Frogtongue but when I left the bar after paying him, he didn't come with me. I returned and spoke with him and the "hire" conversation was missing so he had been hired. Then I hire a new runner (Norbert), left the bar and had Jetboy and Frogtongue return to the party along with Norbert. I rewound to the save before hiring Norbert and moved back and forth between maps without hiring anyone new and Jetboy and Frogtongue remained MIA. I went back in and hired Anders and they reappeared.

3. The blackscreen/unable to move after equipping armor (same as whyiswhynot): after I return from equipping the armor, the screen goes black and I am unable to move. I can see icons for interaction, but unless they are next to me I can interact. If I open and close my PDA the screen returns as normal, but I am unable to move. I can still interact with people/objects next to me, but I'm frozon in place. When I click on the ground, the white circle appears but I dont move towards it. Same for when I click on interactive objects that are not next to me.

The first time this happened for me was after purchasing the ninja suit at the gun store in Old Town right after I got out of the car yards, but its also happened with the gasmask armor (forget the real name, sorry). I've tried equipping armor at my stash in 10th st apartment and the hotel downtown. I've also tried equipping armor various vendors after making other purchases: at both gun stores, Dr Maplethorpes and the decking gear vendor just outside of the Downtown monorail station. The same thing happens at all these places.

- There are freeware programs which let you record, I personally use "screencast-o-matic". Its certainly not the best tool, but it lets me record lets play videos. I'll poke around at it again... Its a very strange issue and I definitely want to figure out the why.
- I think I know why you are seeing the dog issue so I should be able to fix that. It sounds like it simply isn't on the right team, and like it isn't being "killed" properly.

1. I haven't double checked the conversation logic downtown yet, waiting for more of it to be put together. From what you described it sounds like an easy fix though and I know where to look.
2. It sounds like the party size counter is being broken. I'm willing to bet its related to Kitsune's logic (she's special after all). Was there a specific map you were on when they started acting strangely? (in case its a map specific typo). I do have a decent idea where to look to resolve that.
3. It sounds like what was happening with the Indian Shaman before... Maybe that will help me investigate.

Re 2. I think it was when I was leaving the docks for downtown, but it might have been when I was leaving downtown for another screen.

Re 3, a bit more info I was able to equip armor dropped in the Dark Blade mansion right when I picked it up without a problem. It seems like it was just when accessing the stash that the bug hit.

I looked into the hireling issue. There wasn't any obvious logic flaw that I could spot.
My best guess is that somehow your party size was reduced to a negative number though, possibly caused by Kitsune. I adjusted the leaving logic to prevent that.

I did a quick check, and it doesn't look like I broke anything.
If you could go to one of the sleep spots on V1.9.2, select the configuration option, and then reset your hirelings it will hopefully be resolved in the future.

If you still see it, please post again with your party composition and where it happens.
I really need to step it up and implement the party management interactions...

Well I am still having the issue with the black screen after changing armor, and not being able to move. Unfortunatly I am also having an issue making a recording. I am using that program you mentioned, and for some reason I get a recording of my desktop with the mouse moving around instead of the game which is maximized on my screen at the time. Kinda weird. So I don't think I am going to be able to give a video.

Out of curiosity though, do you still encounter the issue if you play in a window instead of maximized? That would be another variable that could influence things...

I did not know you could play this in a window, I have always done full screen. And the issue seems to happen both ways. However, playing in a window did make the recording work, how should I get it to you?

Meanwhile some i would like made some constructive critics.

- default Jake is weaker than a new character selfcreated by the user. This will push the user to choose a new character instead Jake. Anyway doesn't matter what's your choise, you'll have a good balanced experience in any case.

ACTION: Look into his points, consider giving him a slight increase.

- ghouls in graveyard could get you down in two attaks. This mean it's harder obtain karma points with those enemies Will be possible substitute the claw attack with a normal punch just for the first stage?

ACTION: Look into their attacks and consider reducing damage.
UPDATE: V1.10.1 - Replaced GhoulFist with Fist. It looks like their average damage is now 8.

- Caryards Arena: everything is fine until you met the riot boss with the shotgun. Having a good change to beat him means a long annoying grinding karma reseach during the first stage (that i made, but wasn't enough). So in future will be possible try to defeat the King after the steet samurai or the orc just like in original game?

- Rusty Stilettos Hideout: imho it will be nice to made it bigger, with more enemies and rooms, just like the old SNES one. In old 1.87 version, the two guard orcs come out when i was trying to open the boss door. In 1.91 they come out when Anders enters in boss room and they come out, meanwhile boss was laying down on the floor. Minor bug, but i guess it was nice advice about it.

Started a new game with Jake but cannot enter the graveyard/night club area. Have given the ice tea but he tells me to come back later so cannot get lone star badge or tickets. Version 1.10.2 could be an issue with SR v1.2.0

@Raislin - I will double check tonight to make sure its still working on the released version. (Regrettably I can't check 1.2 until its released)
Did you walk to the end of the street past the grim reaper? (there should be a waypoint)
That loads the street outside the graveyard and club.
You need to learn the proper keywords before the patron will give you info on the tickets, and that is done by talking to the woman outside the club or getting kicked out of the club for not having tickets...
I would be more concerned if you are unable to enter the cemetery... There is no logic on that gate which means 1.2 is definitely doing something strange if you cant enter it.
