After discovering a T4 Refinery (with 4 Yield Modules) issue where it was yielding much less ingots than the T3 Basic Refinery, I went in to creative mode and spawned in a T5 Refinery and loaded it up with 12 Yield modules. Yields were around 10000x less than with the Basic Refinery. Here is an example of Fe yield using 1000 Stone.

Well Crap. I guess keen rebalanced them and didn't tell anyone. :/

Ok I think I know what’s up with this. Depending on the world you are in the refining efficieny base is different. The world I rolled last night was 1x by default. When this was built, all of the default multipliers were at 3x, I think. Now because survival kits run off of assembler code their efficiency is different from refineries. So if the yields are too far off, setting the efficiency multipler to 3x on both “should” fix the issue until I can recalculate everything at 1x. This is just an educated guess though. I probably won’t have time to really look at the math till this weekend.

Thanks for looking into it. I was playing realistic speeds but will retest it at x3 and see how it differs.

This should now be fixed without needing to play with multipliers.
Besides it was off by a few factors of 10......
the batteries are messed up, not the right size on small ships. also if you ever need any help for anything a new-ish programmer can do i can help you any time since i'm good with math.

after lead acid batteries you only have small versions of the batteries not the normal ones for small ships

Correct, the energy per 1x1x1 battery is greater than what the larger model would be and still scale to small ships. Lead Acid (Car Batteries) are bulky and heavy, which is why that model is there at all.

seats inside of small ships cause you to suffocate on earth when you remove your helmet.
