Team Members have no uniform

Hi,

My Teammates are not wearing any uniforms. They have every other equipment, vest, hat, helmet etc. but they are running around with their underwears. I am not talking about the original teammates. I am talking about, replacement units and other ally units that are not under my command.

Same thing here. Moreover, some of them have only pistols, they're running without main weapons.
