I think the problem was I disable the mod while having a run with a character from the mod.
What worked for me:
Uninstall Isaac and unsuscribe from mod.
Remove this two folders, or its equivalent in WIndows:
~/Library/Application Support/Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods
~/Library/Application Support/Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+
Re install game, suscribe to this mod.
Now you should be able to play but with this mod on.
To get the original version, make sure there is no run or re-run with a character from this mod. Start a run with isaac.
Then deactivate mod :)
