how did you manage to link it together so you couldnt call in the transport before you kill VIP?

place a ''helicopter transport / helicopter transport (virtual)'' module, link that to the ''support request'' module, and link that to the player(s) (only that player(s) can request that).

and make the 2th task only vissible when you complete the first task.
