The hilt,guard,and pommel all don't look very elegant.Smoothing out the front of the blade and cutting down on all the spikes and edges could make for a more elegant look.The worst part is the pommel,which is distracting,ugly,and doesn't look well made.I recommend cutting off the spikes on the bottom of the guard,and changing out the pommel for something more standard.The weird,gear-like things above the pommel could also be reset to a more standard look.

I want to push the engravings because it looks like there was lots of work(and man does it look great),and the rest is superfluous and takes away from the main design.
