So when I try to capture zones, I seem to be killing patrol after patrol, only for new enemies to turn up and replace them before I get a chance to capture the zone. Is it spawning new enemies constantly? Or are there just a LOT of enemies at each zone and I should just wait until they have all been eliminated before moving in?
