HELP FRIENDS!!!!

Hi guys :)
I wonder how to add a coop friend to you squad? so then you can find him all the time?!

Please help me!!!
It is kinda anoying :(

https://armasquads.com/ setup an account, make your squad file there, once u have the url, give that to all your squad members, they then need to go into their arma 3 profiles and add the url there, once in there, everytime they login to the missions it should auto group them into your group
