Enemies won't attack

The whole thing ran fine the first few campaigns. It was all well and dandy. But now whenever my AI or the enemy AI sees eachother or me, they don't give a ♥♥♥♥. They just walk around like everything is fine. Please help me I was loving this.

I get this problem constantly i think it happens more when too many units have been spawned in.
