The Etched Amulet
So I have Seastone, I have the Amulet, now what? I know to stand in the pool in the room with the shrines, I think I know what the symbol means (Has to be a certain time), but someone mentioned needing to do a "Certain quest", Can some one give me a hint to that, just like "Its part of a Faction quest line", or maybe "Its part of the main story", just something like that please and thank you

I understand the Moon and Star reference, but the hours of dusk and dawn in Morrowind were 6am and 6pm, neither of these times seems to work. I know you have to be standing in the pool you got the amulet from for it to work, but someone said that you "have to complete a certain quest in the vanilla game a certain way" which literally...wait nevermind. i guarentee you its the azura daedric quest, where you have to get azuras star not the black star. im gonna go do this, hope i helped.

You need to be putting on the Etched Amulet during the time of Dusk or Dawn to visit the shrine of Azura. You don't need to stand in the pool (where the amulet is).
