I love what you have done with the Urban Complexity series, but one or more of them cause a bug for me that causes the city information overlays to be empty. The information of what the tiles produce and where you can build a district are blank. There is a workaround that involves disabling mods and leaving the game then coming back, etc., but it is a reproducible issue. Some of your mods don't cause it for me, but others do. I am currently using the Civic Center with no problem. I can look into it and give you a list of the mods I am using and the ones I was using when the problem happened and that I no longer use.
