ideasfund_1_title ? is that bug normal i have this problem in 3-4 other mods. it is defenitely something wrong with my game. do you know what?

It might be a problem with conflicting mods, since I haven't noticed anything like this before, and the bug doesn't appear for me. Do you have any total conversion mods, such as MEIOU and taxes installed?

i play it with other mods but when i try to play it without mods the problem is still here

I have the mod activated but nothing shows up at all, I'm not really sure what to do :/

The event_modifiers in common\event_modifiers\event_modifiers_rf_sts.txt gives the player more states but with 1.30 the max_state system was replaced by the governing capacity.
Probably this fund should be replaced with more governing capacity points instead (?)

It may be another funding mod but when I play there are always certain nations that can't scroll in the decisions tab. Why is that?
