Is the windows command processer a virus warning?
So, I tried installing this mod and I tried to launch it but it says "Do you want to allow this app to add changes to your computer?" showing the Windows Command Processer. This made me prevent trying to launch the game because I never get anything like this on my Computer. I searched it up and it says it could be a trojan malware or a spamming virus. Is it possibly a virus warning?

No, it is not. If you want to install the mod via the "symlink" method (which is actually creating something called a "directory junction" in Windows), you need administrator privilleges to do that. If you do not want that, or do not have those, the alternative installation method (by copying the files to the game directory) works just fine without administrator privilleges, but - of course - consume twice the amount of disk space.

Unfortunately, Windows - unlike Linux - does not support creating symlinks to directories without administrator privilleges or modifying the registry.
