yea first spawn a nextbot in the map then it says u need to let them lurn it then press yes or many the nextbots are in a lower place in map then it dosent move there

well to better explain what view said you need something that called a nav mesh or navigation mesh you can create one by simply going into the console typing in sv_cheats 1 then when thats done type nav_generate and wait once done the npcs/nextbots should move and chase you
