Sorry the only thing I can think of when I see the head is Xenomorph Queen lol.
But the skin looks fantastic nonetheless!

Thats the Xenomorph Queen's hubby the Xenomorph Emperor. It works at sometimes females are larger than their male counterparts. So in this case, Xenomorph Queen is big momma and this here is the lean,mean and deadly smaller yet stronger Xenomorph Emperor.
