Maybe it could have a + move speed increase (10%)
- saps slower (10%)
seems balanced enough?

Considering the engineer can see if his things are being sapped no matter where he is, the loud noise doesn't seem like much of a penalty. The only niche use would be it alerts any pyros who have sapper-breaking weapons.

I think for a reinforced sapper:

+it needs to be hitted 4 times to be removed by wrench
-10% sap speed

Not meaning to be rude or anything, but I don't think this would be suited to being a reinforced sapper and even if it was, 4 wrench hits seems too OP and it would need to sap WAY slower to balance it or have other disadvantages.

No, Just No Here IT would need to be hit 3 or 2 Times with -15% Sap Speed, anyone with me?

This would be 50% slower.

This would be 25% slower so I think it would probs be 3 wrench hits for removal + 25% slower sap speed.

Im thinking of making it have a faster sap speed, but when the spy saps something he undisguises.
