Skin is great. Helmet is not as good.
I like the theme of the skin (especially the black/electric blue color), looks like alien Sam Fisher kind of thing. But I don't think the helmet suit Excalibur, more suitable to Rhino with the horned look. I think the skin would be complemented greatly with a simpler/streamlined spy-themed helmet.

I don't know about that. The skin looks really good and futuristic and that helmet gives it the nice Tron look if you ask me. Overall 10/10 Skin

I completely agree, I love the skin but the helmet seems a bit off, I personally don't like the visor.

Good idea, bad texture, make it more detailed and the center part of the helmet needs to glow or something and look a bit more detailed. I think that after and only after changes like this are made, the skill will be accepted.

Personally, the horn is fine for excalibur. He just needs a bit more detailing or layering on the blue part of the face.

I agree here, actually. My suggestion would be to move the whole horn thingy down a little bit. It looks cool, just sticks up too far. I also agree with RazulDarkwood's suggestion to make the face area glow, that would be cool.

Have you seen the Y1 - Izanagi | (OLD) Excalibur N-Series by Yatus? Since he abandoned that design to make something different, you could take something of it.

Yeah something like Y1-Izanagi is really fitting for this skin I think, because the body looks streamlined, but the head is kinda "noisy" if that makes any sense.

I agree that while the skin as a whole is really cool, the visor doesn't really suit Warframe.
remember that things like visors or only truly needed for the operators.
