Stray Jackets

Please may someone make restrain/Stray Jackets for out of control prisoners, maybe make it a uniform where they can't move while in solitary. Cheers!

It's quite hard to add this because the API of Prison Architect leaves not so much room for action in this area, but a simple version of your idea should be possible. Thanks for your suggestion!
