It would be a long process to allow modular weapons to have skins in general because of how each type of Zaw/Kitgun combination would need to be retooled to take in a skin. I'm pretty sure DE already addressed that they are working on it, but you would just have to be patient until they update us.

I see... but Zaw's... exists how long now? Over 1.5 Years? That can't be that problem... I mean, the weapon type is defined by the components - it is an rapier - it is a dagger - it is staff - it is a hammer ...aso. It can't be that hard to pin the skin at the right typ of weapon that is defined by that. A Skin replaces the model, it swaps the model,
that's all, or?

They implemented Zaws in a rather odd way: the stats are tied to the models (or that's how I understood an explanation, sounds really weird). Skins broke the stats on zaws, so they were removed until they rework the implementation. I'm sure we'll get that change in time.

If this is the case that is the absolute dumbest way to do modular weapons and is actually on an incompetence level lower than bethesda.

Hey guys can you ♥♥♥♥ off with the whine about zaws not getting skins? There is a perfectly good enough reason they wont allow it as the zaws had issues when they came out. Also perhaps post on feedback not here? I mean the many supportive posts are great to see for a change with the lack of the usual THIS ISNT WHAT YOU MADE etc but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about custom skins on zaws on someones tennogen wont ever get your response you desire.

TLDR I agree it sucks that zaws cant use custom skins (Vaguely recall kitguns can? Dont quote me) But just whining here will never fix it post on feedback or in threads on main forums with similar issues and I will absolutely get involved as I 100% agree.

Can we NOT compare bethesda to DE? Given that DE has never recycled old engines with known issues for an MMO like Bethesda has and are tirelessly working on visual updates for Gas City and have already reworked earth (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GORGEOUS in comparison to the original tileset btw. There is no comparison to be made. Just be patient provide your feedback and be patient and DO NOT compare companies when you clearly do not grasp the significant differences even a child could clearly see.

In the case of something like "DE get you♥♥♥♥♥♥together, please, for the sake of fashion frame... and money!" is meant like "Please god...", nothing more!
It is kinda clear that this is not the place for getting in touch with the dev's aso.
And that "need" of the community/the topic is know'n by DE, so I don't have to throw that on them too, rigth? yea.
So all of this was to discuss about this issue with the community and designer, nothing more and nothing less.
And in the first place it was intended to say how awesome the skin is and how sad it makes that this can't be use on a Zaw-Katana :/

So don't be so stupidly triggerd by stuff like that and throw yourself in it like a douche.

This is one of those weapons pieces I would buy if not for the zaw limitation.
