Western Hive Not Appearing anymore

Can't seem to find their HQ and their villages only have vanilla NPC's.

I've tried to agro raids but nothing. Importing hasn't fixed the issue.
Maybe I'm dumb ? I went off to the Island and the HQ isn't there it's just fogmen.
