Loving these house but they seem to be out of scale comparing to surrounding buildings

Hi there, I absolutely love these contemporary house pack you have done and subscribed to all of them. However, I encountered a problem. Most of them are out of scale as in, they are all smaller than the surrounding buildings. am I missing something?

exculcator has Cities: Skylines

Vanilla assets are often grossly out of scale. Sometimes too small, sometimes too big, but almost never true to life.
