Reconstruction of the Addon
Pretty self-explanatory, if anyone wishes to help fix the addon by going through the addon's files, this is the place to post progress, ideas, findings, and hopefully the solution soon enough.

I'm calling off the project for now, I'll allow others to continue this.
All I know is that the issue stems from the NPC base, which is the npc_base_zelus thing I mentioned in the comments. If you want to decompile the addon to access the files, try GMPublisher.
