i have suggestions for mars. 1 make the texture very slightly more colorful and lower the fog and clouds the atmosphere of mars is 0.1 the density of the atmosphere of earth in real life.

I will retexture all textures on the rework, atm textures are just for get an idea. For me, i will put more fog. Think that in mars is full of stroms every time. And the atmosphere i know is high than real, but the problem if i down... u cant see the clouds over u

AbeAlpha, playing with your mod, thought about such a moment: you thought up Saturn, Jupiter, stars well ...
1) planet size 20km
2) there is no gravity
3) a shell which in the form of a hologram to increase to a radius of 200,000km
4) the shell texture on the inside has a skybox texture
5) such stars / planets 3-4 species with different skyboxes
6) on each such skybox the star has an image of the sun
7) attach the rotation of the skybox of the star to the rotation of the sun, so that the image of the sun on the skybox coincides with the sun that rotates
As a result: we set a star planet 20km, we get a skybox around this planet in a radius of 200,000km, we set other planets in this zone and we get a solar system with its own skybox that rotates around the solar system. In another place, we do the same only with another planet star, in which the skybox looks different, we also place the planets inside. Voila, we have 2 solar systems in which skyboxes differ.))

I'm trying to get an ISS model to orbit at 408km, but there's no gravity at that distance in SE. Is there a way to mod that to make the gravitational pull reach further?

Also, there's a water mod . Idk if that'd work with your planets though.

@Vegas This solar system is at scale, have to use cloud layers cause limit is from 19 to 120. Then i use solid planets for 19 to 120 and cloud layers multiply for gas planets. All are scaled but some saturn moons (most little cause can spawn a planet of 5...). This mod atm is just a idea of what i want to get "shell textures"
I know how to do the solar sistem at real scale with movment, but it would only be a hologram...

@Pиff for do a orbit for a ship u must edit the planet u wana get orbit and add this line:
"<GravityFalloff>0.92</GravityFalloff><GravityFalloffPower>0.92</GravityFalloffPower>"
This is how I made the sun have a greater range of gravity, but it has a high severity, maybe you will have to decrease the values
IMPORTANT: Every time u change the value u have to respawn the planet to work properly!
At the moment I have not tried the water mod, but it should work without problem as in any other planet

Have you considered making a second version of Saturn where the gravity doesn't extend to the rings? It would be cool to have a base or ship stay in the ring, but the planets gravity makes the artificial gravity of stations and ships kind of useless.

Would it be possible to exceed the diameter of 120km? I feel as if the gas giants are a little too small..

It would be cool to see an alternative version, which would support ores from Industrial Overhaul, because Systems created from this such as The Sol System V4. Are meant to be played with Industrial Overhaul. The Problem is that it uses the Planets and Moons from this mod, so there is no way to progress when starting on a moon/planet. The only modded Resource there is, is Niter, because it replaces Magnesium.

I don't know how hard or even possible it is to create planets with modded ores, but it would be really appriciated and not only from me :)
